Absolutely amazing. Ignore the people complaining about the turn based "reactive" combat system (stay away from the steam forums) because once you get it and it clicks into place, the huge dopamine rush that follows is accompanied by a true feeling of satisfaction. Dying is the norm, you learn, memorise and execute.

The game is a work of art and passion - visually and aurally. Easily one of my favourite games of all time, and I've been gaming longer than Kevin Flynn has been stuck in the grid.

The story made this grown man cry and I've not even finished it yet. No joke.

*Edit after playing further* Not many games make me stop to soak in the atmosphere, but this one did - the Sirene and Visage areas especially (in fact, nearly all areas have been great but so far, these 2 are standout for me). The unspoken world building and lore you can get, just by soaking in the environment and listening to the music, is impeccable.

This studio is one to watch and deserve success.

It finally arrived... I'd given up hope on this game being released, but here were are, I am now ancient. I originally played this version of the game on the Switch but couldn't enjoy it due to less than ideal frame rates.

It's now here, on PC, plays like a dream. I love the original Syder Arcade and this one can be seen as a similar but also different game. Much more refined and readable (bullets etc) and the scoring has been changed about. I can see me putting some time into this, the Survival mode is where the game shines.

Also works great on the Steam Deck by forcing compatibility to use the Proton Hotfix.

Pretty good. Sci-Fi meets Greek mythology.

A very Metroid inspired game, looks fantastic, a little rough around the edges in some aspects but otherwise plays pretty great. Good atmosphere too. Thumbs up from me so far.

Absolutely fantastic. Plenty of reviews out there so I'm only going to add my own feelings.

At no point in my 150h play through did I feel the need to rush to the end. I generally get bored with open world games, but not this one. I even read the codex entries, which I just don't usually do. Lots of interesting medieval lore and even entries explaining where Warhorse took creative liberty.

I loved being Henry. Probably one of the greatest video game protagonists of all time.

Looking forward to what else Warhorse brings in the future. One to watch for sure.

Plenty of reviews out there, this is a good jrpg that both feels modern yet old fashioned at the same time (in a good way).

Between this, and remake before it, they tickle the member berries hard. I was 21 when the original FFVII released, that game was nothing short of awe inspiring back then, for its own reasons. Now I'm nearly 50, but I'm properly giddy playing these reimaginings, coming across familiar areas from the original pleases my eyes.

The story is deviating from the original, but there's a whole other story woven within the main story that kind of explains why, which is a nice touch.

Soundtrack is also stupidly fantastic.

Plays absolutely great on my system but buyer beware, you need a dx12 capable card and decent system specs.

Pretty much a movie. Great story, a little predictable, but great. The art is fantastic, almost like playing within some Arthur C Clark book covers.

I'd call this an interactive movie that's worth experiencing.

Fairly good story, although I felt it fell a little flat towards the end. However, the atmosphere, sound and voice acting is fantastic.

Only played an hour but can tell this is a quality game. After browsing the forums I sense the developer is passionate over this game. That's a good thing.

On rails shooter, looks and sounds fantastic. I'm a sucker for VHS effects! Also, the sideswipe is a genius idea.

When I have some time to commit, I can see me playing and replaying for scores.

Absolutely worth 15 quid.

I wish there was a middle ground between recommended and not recommended. I refunded it as in its current state, it just isn't ready.

I liked what I played, the usual Supermassive type of affair. I have a very good PC and whilst I could run it well, I can see most PC's struggling with this one, for sure. Some bugs within the first 2 hour window but nothing game breaking up to that point.

Like I said, I like it but refunded due to issues. Once the game has been ironed out, I will repurchase as I do like these sort of interactive movies.
