A good game, a solid game that has regressed in a lot of ways compared to the original RE4 which I think is a perfect game.

The positives:

• Looks and runs like a dream, seriously its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pretty
  
• Feels good to play

The negatives:

• Leon feels sluggish
  
• Villagers seem to have a lot of hyper-armor so shooting them doesn't feel as satisfying
  
• A lot of humor has been cut out which ruins some of the charm of the original imo
  
• Island still sucks

Verdict: Well worth your time and money but consider it a separate game and don't expect re4 with an RE-ENGINE sheen

Not the biggest fan, it was ok i guess.

Movement is sluggish, the setting is boring, narrative feels like nothing I haven't seen before, missions are all the same. I just didn't fw it.

A really solid game.

It's fun to play, the attention to detail is insane when it comes to the things you can do and the choices you can make to overcome the next obstacle. BG3 is the first turn based game that I have played as I was never a turn based guy but it hooked me. An overall enjoyable experience.

Played it when it came out on release through some not so ethical means as I was only a kid, bought it again a while back and I am pretty sure I have 2 full play-throughs and half a dozen partial ones under my belt. Easily one of my favorite games of all time, top 5, even top 3 without a single doubt. A perfect 10/10 when it comes to enjoyment, story, gameplay its all just so fun.
The world is rich, populated with monsters and humans alike, the story is enticing, the narrative while not unique is still there to hook you in. There is nothing like TW3 out there. 10/10

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing game, not perfect by any chance but a 10/10 regardless. It evoked feelings of isolation and loneliness, a sense of calm. But, at times it also evoked feelings of being connected like when another player's avatar is shown throwing weapons or blood bags at you during a boss fight, it feels like they're cheering you on from the other side of the computer and it is a good feeling I'll say that much.
The story is intriguing the whole way through, the acting is fantastic and the concept is truly unique. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it surely was mine!
The game has it's flaws, with constant interruptions at times to deliver exposition, missions that felt like a chore and stretches of the game that you wouldn't want to replay but in hindsight, I do not think those take away from the overall experience. The game is kojima to the core and it solidifies the fact that no one but his eccentric genius could have come up with something like this. 10/10 highly recommend, a truly unique experience like no other.
