@Bfeely you need to stop seriously every page on this guys profile is filled whit links from you... a report button is added in for a reason to exactly prevent this right here!... In my professional opinion, I think you should ether attempt to get moderator for the sonic mania forum or alert its moderator but you do what you want.

@BFeely, someone claiming they're going to quote "do stuff" to the "wife's of SEGA's staff" on a gaming forum is neither a specific or credible threat. Sure, your report will "make it" to the FBI. It's just not going to be actioned on because it would be a waste of their time when there are real, actual credible threats to US citizens and allied nations.

@Bfeely: You can report both. You can report this to the FBI if you want but don't expect a "threat" of quote "doing stuff" to result in the FBI starting a manhunt for some random guy on the Steam forums.

I'd save or "archive(dot)is" the page, to preserve the evidence should it be a threatening situation.

To the best of my knowledge, only Valve Software can shut down groups. Use the "Report violation" link and hope support gets to it.

I've added you because we have a lot of games in common, I saw your profile on the forums.

I'm a steam user who want to do something to improve the whole steam community, even some small achievements.

I flagged a huge block of posts (approx. 15 posts before it went almost back on topic) today in that thread.
It would be a good idea to check the "off limit" section of the rules, there are certain topics that do not belong on Steam, for the sake of the developers and publishers who work hard to get legitimate products to the consumers.

my question isn't about the game specifically, just the texture and materials. and the forums are as good as support tickets. I'd rather speak to staff to get a clear answer from somebody who isn't some random from the community
