2. Roll into balls the size of both of your testicles combined.

4. Take em out and let them cool and finish cooking.

5. Enjoy while it's hot.

6. Transfer them to a secure container.
Tiptoe's Whole Chicken Recipe (Dutch Oven Required)
1. Preheat oven to 425f.

2. Cut veggies in large chunks and place them in the dutch oven. (carrots, onion, celery, garlic, etc)

3. Add a small coat of oil and seasonings to the veggies and lightly stir them.

4. Create a comfortable bed for your bird.

5. Free the chicken from its plastic vessel and hold it for a moment; honor it's life and remember to feel gratitude for the bird's life. Remove the gizzards and pat down the exterior with a paper towel to remove moisture.

6. Take your chicken and place him gently on your bed of vegetables and roots.

7. Prepare the bird for the Final Journey.
7a. Stuff the bird with fruit or herbs to add an essence. Apples or pears work well, and so does fresh sage or thyme.
7b. Oil up that body and rub out the chicken for total relaxation and heat protection (Olive oil and salt)

8. Cook that baby. 20min/pound. Timing for a typical 5lb bird below:
- Cook with lid on for 1 hr 15 min.
- Remove lid and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Final temperature should hit 165f.

9. Let it rest for about 15 minutes and then prepare to shred your chicken off the bones. Place the carcass in a container for making broth later.

10. Let the shredded chicken hang out in the hot jacuzzi of juices with it's vveggie counterparts for a few more minutes before serving.

11. Place the rest of it into a container in the fridge.

12: (EXTRA CREDIT) Boil down bones for 4-6 hours (occasionally adding water) to make broth. Once the broth is ready, strain it out and save for later to make in a soup, rice, or drink as warm tea later.
