[update below] wouldn't call it a bad game, but also not a great game either.
PROS:
- The game has some great plot twists and a good story, not everyone might like the story, but I did (not great, not terrible)
- Amazing graphics
- Amazing music especially the main menu
CONS:
- The game feels rushed and should have been delayed a bit and tested properly and has some technical problems. I saw sometimes just stuff flying somewhere and some animations were just completely broken. for example in cutscenes I could see for a split second the character T posing or when the camera angel changed I could see the character spawning in or the light changing
- The characters were in some cases dumb af and every hour the game just lost more and more logic
- I felt like the choices I made didnt make a big inpact
- The QTEs were okayish, but still something was missing in it. They were too predictable and also had a long timer, which you can I think change in the settings, but okay its just QTEs
- Now the don't breath mechanic was bad imo, all you had to do is hold a button and release it when its safe, doing something like this on pc is not as easy as on controller like in until dawn where you couldn't move your controller. For Pc I would do something like holding down the button and also not moving your mouse which you can easily cheat, but it is at least something or something like the heart beat like in Man of Medan. The only thing I liked in this was that if the timer ran out you would exhale super loud.
- Now not a big problem, but still something I didnt really like are the cards. Some of them are hard to find and the lady didnt even help. It just predicted the future and didnt help at all. For example in Until Dawn you had guidence totems which helped you with certain decisions to keep the character alive. SPOILER TO UNTIL DAWN: for example a totem helped me to not kill emmily and just drop the gun or to go somewhere to find a clue and prevent josh from getting killed. NO MORE SPOILER... and in this game it didnt do anything other than just predicting the future and not helping at all.
- Getting the best ending doesn't really do much, I've heard from some people that got the best ending they had no bonus epilogue or anything.
- The game is too short

My conclusion: I enjoyed playing it and 100% I will play it one more time, But would I reccomend it? If you have nothing to do with your money then yes, but else you should wait for a discount. paying 60€ for this is just too much.

UPDATE: After a few more times of playing the game my opinion didnt change much. the only thing I can think of are the choices that were really changing the story more than I thought. the game has so many routes and endings (killing everyone, saving everyone,killing silas/not, saving the family or not act. and small choices that could lead to the death of a character. Nothing more has changed.

The game has a interesting story line and good characters, but it's not worth the money you pay for it. It really hurt me to pay so much money for it. The play time with the dlc is about 11 hours which is just not enough. would be great for 20€, but 70€ is just to much.
