Wow. At first I was like meh, I dunno, but after playing it - I'm properly excited for this game

I can't recommend this game. The tutorial doesn't really explain anything about what's going on and is vague in its instruction. It basically gives you the first 5 seconds of game play and that's about it. It doesn't explain how to automate, buy things, build things, etc....

Finishing the tutorial and just trying the actual game for a little bit put me over the 2 hour refund window....

There also isn't really a story. If you can dig and set a digger up, you've basically finished the game unless you want to be creative and make your own factory, but that isn't really necessary. There's many build sites but I can honestly say I have enough gold from the first area to unlock everywhere, so yeah.

If you want to just relax and build some kind of mining factory this is probably for you, but if you're looking for more give this a wide berth.

I'll probably get this game again in the future. It seems like not much is wrong with it at all - except one MAJOR thing.

Even playing single player requires you to be online. I have gigabit internet, nothing interfering with it, run the game on max settings at 60fps, and I LAG LIKE CRAZY. Sometimes its fine for 10 or 15 minutes, then I start a hard fight and I'm bouncing all over the place and just die over and over from it. ♥♥♥♥ that.

Wonderful game. It's a bit short - I 100%'d it in 3 hours - but it's such a novel concept, and it displays its story in such a unique way. Definitely worth the play.

I dunno. Is it pretty cool? Yeah actually its incredible. The tutorial level is also awesome! But not at all representative of the rest of the game.

What it boils down to is just a series of heist type missions. Can you destroy anything? Building your own paths etc....? Yeah totally, but what you'll be doing is making a path between a bunch of switches of vehicles that once you hit one will start a 1 minute timer countdown to keep going, and I just, I dunno. I feel like it could be so much more than just pul a bunch of switches before a 1 minute timer runs out....

The screenshots really make it seem like you'll be doing a whack of destructive ♥♥♥♥, but in 2 hours I didn't get much of that at all.

I don't think I can recommend this. I know my review is old, but early in early access this game very much was road rash, and it was epic. Then it just started to get faster, more arcadey, rougelike elements, I dunno. It lost the plot. It's fun I guess, but it's also just.... not quite right.

Fantastic game. I absolutely adored this adventure. It has incredible atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, some downright creepy areas, and interesting characters.

The only downside I can think of is the boss fights. They can be a little tricky as the bosses move at a speed that isn't really compatible with the speeds of your weapons. That being said, I'd love to erase my memory of this game and do it all over again.

Not all the way through but the music, setting, and gameplay loop are relaxing.
