It's a cute game, fun at first,but gets tedious and didn't want to even finish it anymore.

Even though I had it almost completely spoiled for me via an influencer, it's still a scary little game and worth a play. Story is very short,very shallow unfortunately, and it gets a bit tedious to find all the cabins,and one in particular was especially infuriating for me.

Game looks awful and has bad controls and controller support. Switching to mouse and keyboard worked much better but kept running into bugs like it wouldn't let me type,and jumpscares were super underwhelming,just basically gave up on it. Bad game.

It has massive potential, but I didn't enjoy the gameplay, tedious and the jumpscares didn't land, voice-acting was meh,and I just got uninvested and bored,like the game is more fun to watch than to play.
The Whistlerblower DLC started out stronger,but lost me quicker than the original game. I think there's people that would greatly enjoy it all,as is, it's just not me.

It's okay. It would be much better with more content and polishing,very short but how much can you complain? I fell for a free jump scare, I'm normally a person who laughs at horror,so that was fun enough for me to actually get startled. No replay value,unfortunately.

I really wanted to like this game more than I did. I fell in love with the art and the idea, but in reality, the game really suffers from the fact that it has no point. There are not really many items for it to even be an in depth decorator type game, and nothing you do with the limited items really matters,you're not going anywhere,there's only a handful of unlockables,even if the progression is incredibly slow,it's just boring and I didn't find myself wanting to continue after designing my town. I think the game could be great with structure and wayyyy more content. Super disappointed, but hopeful for it's future.

I enjoyed it,well done,great art and writing. It basically requires a guide,as you need to read all the stories and achieve the positive endings to get the full story and lore. It was difficult for me on my own, I died pretty quickly,so following a good walkthrough really enhanced the game experience.

3rd Update--
Increasing the pay for battles has been a great improvement, very easy to accumulate ryo just running free vs battle with yourself and a second controller, but make no mistake, game is dead and seems largely abandoned. It will run an online event regularly,but it's just the same thing over and over,and online play is extremely tedious to find and complete matches, there's little point.

2nd Update--
They seem to run the boring grind of an event biweekly-ish now,it can be impossible to complete the 'target match' aspect of it. The online mode is beyond dead and you can spend hours and hours queuing and never match with anyone. They added disconnect penalties,but when you can't hardly connect to anyone to begin with,what's the point? Lol Game desperately needs crossplay, beware that online is very inactive now.


Update--
Was excited about the added event,but it's just a miserable time consuming grind, in and of itself. Waiting to queue, getting massacred,or wasting all that time almost winning for them to disconnect and getting nothing. It's just endless waiting and battles,it's not really content that amounts to anything except a continued mind-numbing waste of time.

I just don't get it,game is a huge disappointment,especially for having so many years to get it right. Essentially, it's been gutted into an online fighter.,it has some very dynamic and natural looking fight sequences,but it's all for nothing.
There are many costumes to buy with ryo,but ryo is almost impossible to earn. The log-in bonus was adjusted down to 100ryo a day,when a cheap costume is 10,000.
You earn practically nothing, doing anything,except miserable weekly challenges, because the characters are out of balance,many people just spam the same characters or moves, making it almost impossible to win. OR if you are winning,they will disconnect and you'll get nothing. Basically,they've done everything to make this game pointless to play,impossible to enjoy after a few days. As someone who pre-ordered,it's hard to come to terms with the state of the game, and the limited hope it will ever be fixed.
Huge waste of money. Boring. Stressful. Thankless grind.

Really awesome game. I love the dark and adult themes. Every path and ending is worth a read. Very happy.

There is a massive amount of content and discovery for the price,which is really refreshing in this day and age. I also appreciate seeing a more adult version of the harvest moon/story of season type games. It kept me interested for an extremely long time.
