If you're a fan of Metroid and/or arcade-style beat-em-ups, buy this game and you won't regret it. Challenging platforming, witty writing, and a fantastic drop-in/out co-op system. ¡Este juego es muy bien!

Some points of note concerning Wolfenstein 2:

Gameplay
Guns looks great and feel satisfying to shoot. Dual-wielding has been reworked to allow all weapons to be wielded with one another, and while it takes a bit of learning, I've come to appreciate the extra functionality of the system. BJ now automatically picks up health and armor (until the meters are full; overcharging still requires a keypress), but the system is a bit buggy and I still ended up mashing "E" throughout the game. Weapons are now upgradeable, and the perk system has been reworked from achievement-style bonuses to "practice-makes-perfect" skills (e.g., BJ kills enough Nazis with a thrown hatchet, he learns to carry extra hatchets); no complaints on either of these.

Story
Very over the top, for better or worse. Has its poignant moments, but its 2014 predecessor has a more consistent tone. Characters are a mixed bag; some, like Sigrun Engel, are fairly well-written and have satisfying arcs, while others, like Grace, are very good in concept but somewhat weak in execution. Ends rather abruptly.

Visuals
Environments are beautiful. Texture pop-in seems to have been removed with the new engine. Character and art designs of both the Nazis and the Kreisau Circle are phenomenal. Special shout-out to the very cool effect where BJ pokes his guns over short walls and through windows when pressed against them.

Difficulty
On the hardest difficulty, stealthing areas until discovery, then guns blazing, the game ranges from challenging to almost unfair. Some noticeable difficulty spikes (e.g., the courthouse). Tends to punish missing shots; don't do that. YMMV.

Performance
No complaints on AMD Radeon RX 480. Several people have complained about framerate/crashing issues, so download the free demo and make sure it runs well on your system before you buy the game.

Verdict
Wolfenstein: The New Colossus has a lot going for it, and if you liked The New Order, you should enjoy this one as well.

Reseña de CS:GO
Many a year ago, before I even considered Steam, I played a little game called Counter-Strike. My internet was poor, so I played alone, frequently crushing AMX bots and having a good time.

Fast forward to a few months ago. I bought the rest of the CS games in an effort to relive the fun. Source was fun for a bit, although I mostly did Gun Game and Surf. CZ was, well, CZ. And 1.6 was just as fun as ever. However, I noticed one title that stood out. Guess which one.

Global Offensive is, in my humble opinion, the quintessential CS experience. After getting my Gun Game itch out of the way, I tried competitive MM. Needless to say, I've had a blast. With my friends beside me, I recently broke out of the Silver leagues and began my foray into Novas, and I plan to keep going and having fun.

Also skins.

If you are a fan of the competitive feel, buy this game. It was well worth the price, and I can easily see myself playing this for years to come.
