Beautiful role playing game that has some clear messages for our reality behind its fantasy facade: leadership, equality, anxiety, fear, insecurities, friendship, trust and the idea that although the path ahead of us can be uncertain, hope will be always our companion, together with our resolution.

After having played Persona 5 Royal, much of the mechanics are being transferred to this game with some tweaks that in my experience have been for the better.

Atlus has really cared for details in this new bet they make towards pure fantasies, I truly hope that the Metaphor saga is here to stay.

They had the opportunity of making a great port for PC but they lost their opportunity because of two things:

- The chose the wrong pixel art, for me the SNES original pixel art could have been reused with two or three touches with current rendering tech.
- It doesn't have the cinematics created for the PSX version.

When you're making a port I think that you should take into consideration the best in every port and put it together. But I guess that this was a lot of work for Square-Enix.

However, the game is enjoyable and with this port I had the opportunity to complete a Final Fantasy I didn't play before :)
