Oh my god everything is adorable and the main protagonist can blow kisses.
I adore this game but i hate the marching bands.
Anyways, the game is about wearing hats to get your sh!t back (hourglasses), and the hats have powers like running, slowing down time, and ground pounding. You also go to 5 different worlds, but the game is much longer than you think. The worlds are basic town, movietopia (starring moon penguins and train owls), spooky scary woods, um... Skytopia?, and every last boss level in history. The game is just beutiful both in the music and the game design, too. Every character is cartoony and the music is bangin'. Im conclusion, this game is practically the best game ever.

tl;dr it's just majora's mask but with hats instead.
