Does steam support not care about its clients?

Hello recently someone from Steam support handed over my account to someone who was pretending to be me.
This person told the Steam support employee that he stole my account took all my items and was going to cheat and Vac ban my account.
The Steam support employee responded with "Im glad the issue is resolved'

I want some proper help please. My account name is barthicks my Steam support Ticket number is 5901-IDXV-7953. My email is barthicks@mail.com
