Take Two Interactive (Parent company of Rockstar Games) have decided to stop any sort of Singleplayer modding. Why? This is the absolute most retarded thing you could do. Most people bought the PC version TO MOD IT. TO MOD THE SINGLEPLAYER VERSION. TO RIDE A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FERRARI. TO RIDE AROUND IN A UFO. TO GET THE ENTIRE CITY ATTACKING YOU. FOR CUSTOM HEISTS BECAUSE THE ONLINE HEISTS ARE GARBAGE. Absolute wreck.
