So let me put this straight,

Normally, I've never EVER been into any of the city builder games, I've always thought that they weren't my type at all. Then, on a December night, I'd take a look at this masterwork before buying it immediately, despite having bias at first as usual. I thought that it was going to be the new part of my refunded-city-builder games collection. However, as you'd also expect, it wasn't going to be.

As soon as you begin playing in your first map, the game puts you into a peaceful and chill environment with its beautiful and calming soundtracks. There are multiple maps and game modes that you can choose in case the game feels a bit difficult in normal conditions. In addition, Farthest Frontier makes you feel a kind of feeling like belongingness, especially to what you've created and your people in the game. I've loved every single mechanic and detail about what you can do for your people and how you can witness and contribute to their growth throughout years. As an early-access product, the game has come a long way in its development era, or at least I could say so.

Just as how it is in other early-access games, there is still room for improvement for this game too. There are some bugs in the building mechanics and optimization. I personally think that the game would rise to a good level among the games in this genre once these small issues have been thwarted.

I wholeheartedly hope and believe that all the milestones and major obstacles in this development stage will be contributed to a certainly greater version of Farthest Frontier.
