Step 1: Life Goes On

Life moves forward, no matter what happens. It is important to challenge yourself and stay consistent. Regardless of the challenges or situations you face, you must keep moving forward. This is my approach to life.

Step 2: Stop talking about your plans.

Stop talking about your plans. The biggest mistake is sharing what you're going to do before you actually do it. You enjoy the dopamine rush from others congratulating you or saying they're proud, even though nothing's done yet. Focus, stay quiet, and let your actions speak.

Step 3: Stop worrying about the future.

Stop stressing about the future. Let go of worrying about the unknown and trust in your ability to handle whatever challenges come your way.

Step 4: People make time for who they want to make time for.

People make time for those they prioritize. If someone consistently says they're too busy, believe them and don't try to force their attention. Those who want to make time for you will do so willingly.

People who reply to your texts or answer your calls immediately aren't desperate—they value you. Those who are always there for you aren't necessarily free or jobless; they may understand the pain of being ignored or left alone when they needed someone. Maybe they love you. Maybe they've made you a priority.

Never take such people for granted. Cherish them—they are rare and precious like gold.
