Darkest Dungeon is an unforgiving game. The slightest mistake will cost you everything. Your favorite heroes will die, and stay dead. You will run out of money. You will lose one of a kind items. However, Darkest Dungeon is a rewarding game. When you play well, you win fights and get loot. Your favorite heroes will grow to immense power. You will kick in the teeth of bosses you once found impervious. If you are willing to climb the cliff of a learning curve, you will reach the summit to find one of the best-crafted RPGS ever made.

There is a certain type of game that only happens once in a lifetime. The type of game that defines a generation. The game that is passed down like a family heirloom. The game that mainstream media admits is art. Chrono Trigger, Ocarina of Time, Half-Life 2, Minecraft. This game is not one of them.
