The only way to play this game is to mute all game sounds, take a pistol with you in the level (you get one by default), put on Ave Maria in the background and go on an all out killing spree as 47.

Although I don't have many hours on this game because it is small (but fun) and it hardly takes any time to complete (too lazy to complete it myself), I would definitely recommend you give it a shot.
