Garon Sean was a young black male working on the Manhattan project. Made to look like an accident, Garon was caught in the blast of the explosion of a test bomb. Instead of dieing from nuclear fallout he absorbed the radiation. The radiation kept him alive and young over the years. He is now Mono Nuke- a wisecracking superhero who's not gonna turn down a good fight. Mono Nuke has basic fighting skills as well as the power of energy projection, but he does rush into things and may be ill prepared for some fights.
