AS someone who loved Mirror's Edge and Max Payne games, this is a match in heaven

Really impressive! I played The Medium and while that was enjoyable, I wasn't originally stoked to learn Blooper team was behind the Silent Hill 2 remake. This could have been a disaster considering how distant Konami has been from gaming in the last decade... I STAND CORRECTED. The Blooper team did an incredible job capturing the iconic atmosphere of the original and pushing the presentation and gameplay to modern standards. There's a tremendous amount of care and attention to detail - it's been a joy to revisit this classic.

A love letter to Max Payne gameplay with the same level of care in mood and presentation.
Amazing soundtrack and voice acting. Beautiful composition in cutscenes. It starts pretty simple/straightforward but each level introduces some new mechanic until eventually you are fighting a whole horde of enemies with lots of guns to choose from.

A love letter to Valve's 1998 classic. Carefully reconstructed by a team of devoted fans who elevated this to a professional level. Highly recommend to anyone who played the original or is curious as to why Half-Life was such a masterpiece of FPS level design.
