Sorry man, your specs a bit low for this game, maybe everything on low to medium setting you may get ok performance. I have FX8350 4GHZ + water cooler, 16gb ram, Gforce 770 and I'm setting texture to low, resolution 1920x1080, all Nvidia FX turned off, getting between 40 to 55fps but its running smooth and better than console. I'm using a program called Minimum Settings that helps too plus Afterburner GPU set to 90. you can get a 770 quite cheap and are you albe to overclock the processor? I here 4cores can actually run games better if overclocked. I've say give it a try but maybe wait for a sale.

I have a slightly older rig, Geforce 760, AMD 955 3.2Ghz 4 core, 8 GB RAM, but still able to play most games well, if not great :-)
