PROS and CONS
Pros:
- Characters are well written; some characters you will love, others you will hate. Either way, you won't really feel "on the fence" about any of them.
- Plenty of options on how to play; whether you want to have complete control (making every decision, being fully responsible for QTEs), partial control (making decisions but having QTEs automatically succeed), or no control (movie mode where you make no decisions whatsoever).
- Captivating buildup; keeps you guessing what may be important later, and wondering what exactly is hunting you and when it could strike.
- Keeps you thinking; sometimes it's best to wait the event timer out. Taking action isn't always the best option. It's good that this game capitalises on this, it gives you more to think about, in turn making each decision more difficult.

Cons:
- Short story; considering you're paying £55, 10 hours of content is not even close to being worth it. Even if this game was polished.
- Rushed, disappointing ending; the initially very captivating story is ruined by the rushed ending. I can't really say much without spoiling it, but I can confidently guarantee you will be left saying "that was it?"
- Fairly linear story; your choices only determine who lives or dies, or what state a character ends up in. The ending remains the same. Again, I can't say much more without spoiling anything. But you will realise at the end how little impact your choices had with regards to the actual story.
- QTEs are buggy; I don't hear many people discussing this but it's important. For mouse and keyboard, I found the mouse QTEs were very 'give or take'. Sometimes they would work, other times they would say you got the QTE wrong. After googling this, thinking it was a problem on my end, it seems other people have this issue. In Chapter 10, EVERY SINGLE QTE failed. I replayed after and it continued to fail, despite me doing everything properly. This made the already disappointing ending even worse, since I didn't end it my way.
- Poor conclusion; usually these "multiple endings" games will go back and explain what happens after the story, and why it happened that way. This just explains everything we already know. For example; "Sam: Deceased. Got shot by John". That is just an example, there's no "Sam" or "John" in this game. But that's literally all you get before the credits roll.
- Collectables are worthless; Whether it's tarot cards, clues, or evidence, none have any real significance. The game makes you think the evidence is important, however the only time you ever hear about it is during the end game credits, and it literally makes no impact on the story. The tarot cards are ok for those who like riddles, however a lot of them are pretty useless and only one (in my experience) gave a significant impact on saving a character. Clues are ok, but merely help you understand the story a bit more. They have no real significance.
- Annoying controls; not much else to say. I found myself fighting the camera angles and controls more than the actual "creatures".

Summary

As much as I enjoyed the first 8 hours, due to the developer's greedy price tag, I can in no way, shape or form recommend this game. Even on sale at £25 this game isn't really worth it. I played with a friend and we both agree that it was fairly disappointing in those last couple of hours. And they didn't even spend money on it.
If money doesn't matter to you, go for it. It is fun for the first 3/4 of the story. But be prepared to be disappointed.

6/10
- A small indie developer could bring you a better result for a much cheaper price.

REFUND REQUESTED

I don't buy Call of Duty games anymore. I haven't since Black Ops 2. However, this one I had to get as I grew up playing MW2. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ let down this was.

No matter your reason for wanting this game, it's not worth it. Remember No Man's Sky? Well this is very similar to the launch of that. It promises you that every penny you spend is worth it, but when you buy it, you realise you should've just given your tax man the extra £60.

Let me tell you the good stuff first. The campaign is nice. The graphics are beautiful. The voice actors are somewhat not cringe for once. Veteran mode was a little stupid, but then again, veteran is always dumb in CoD. At least it felt good when I finally completed a mission.

That's where it all goes bad. The game crashes a lot. We all recognise that from the reviews. After my 10th crash in 7 hours of gameplay, my campaign progress was wiped. I had spent 2 hours on one mission this morning due to poor checkpoint placement and AI seeing through walls. This is one of the BIGGEST flaws a game could possibly have. And this game was made by a multi-millionaire development company. There's actual CHILDREN who can make content more stable than this.

Let me highlight this: CHILDREN CAN MAKE BETTER CONTENT THAN INFINITY WARD

Considering Infinity Ward made a game that I absolutely loved in my childhood, this is soul destroying.

Don't worry, I wont make this review much longer.

The multiplayer is the last thing I will mention. There's like, 3 game modes to choose from. And regardless of the gamemode, half the lobby will end up disconnecting throughout the match. Why? What a stupid question to ask. Didn't you hear the part where I mentioned the game crashes? It crashes so frequently, half the lobby ends up disconnected.

My advice? Buy the original modern warfare 2. Sure, there's cheaters on there, but there will be on this too. Hell, the community will probably end up fixing Infinity Ward's childish mistakes (no offence to children, hopefully). But the old Modern Warfare 2 will always be good. It's always fun, and although you can't bring back the old times, it still works. Unlike this absolute waste.

2/10 - If you have the money to spend, just burn it for some free jail time. It's better than this. Trust me.

DO NOT DO THIS QUESTLINE

Ok so Bethesda games are buggy, we all know that. But the simple "save, enter new room, save, enter new room etc" will not work for you in this. This DLC, despite being 6 years old, is unfinished. The final quest is buggy beyond belief. The amount of times I've had to type "tcl" (noclip) into the console during this mission is just annoying. During the final battle with the mechanist, I just quit. I will never know how this ends. No it's not hard. No, it's not boring. It just simply doesn't work. I've replayed about 25 times. The mechanist still clips through the wall, becomes friendly, and then nothing happens. OR, he'll just simply not even start his dialogue, and you just have to keep restarting until his dialogue starts.

I love the whole idea of the DLC. Robot building is cool af, but whoever they had on level design needs to lose their job immediately. If this DLC was a dog it would've been put down before it was released into this world.

Someone please kick my head in so I forget this ever existed

Honestly, this does not feel like Halo. I feel myself making excuses to play this game rather than actually wanting to play it. There seems to be too many rocket launchers on each level. Almost every one of my deaths have been from a rocket launcher. In Halo MCC it was funny because rocket launchers were uncommon. But in Infinite they're too common. It's kinda dead.

Aside from the gameplay, the graphical side of things, this feels like it was dumbed down. Nothing feels original, and sure some people will like that but personally I hate it. It's not the Halo I know and that ruins it.

If you want to truly play Halo on PC; load up MCC. The Master Chief Collection had all of the good Halo games before Halo went to s***. I highly recommend.

Game crashes every 2-5 minutes. You can only really play the introduction. Did some research and it's no longer supported on PC. Therefore, unless you want to chill on an old graphics driver, you can't play the game.

If your PC is older, you might have a chance of being able to play this?

0/10 - Didn't even get to play.

I gotta say, the main character is some sort of god in this. He can rebuild an entire engine in under an hour. He can slot in an entire exhaust system as if it's Lego. He can somehow remove the fuel pump without removing anything else on the car. He can determine the exact condition of a set of brake pads through the rims and caliper. Everything is an exact percentage to this man, not "good", "worn" or "needs replacing". Hell, he can replace a timing belt in a matter of seconds. I envy this man.
If you like playing as god, and like working on cars without doing the tedious stuff (or working on literally any French car), then this is the game for you.

In all seriousness, this game helps you learn a lot about the different parts of cars and what they do. I'm no mechanic, I just got a lot of experience on repairing my own cars because they've either been French or just old run down junkboxes on wheels. But this is enjoyable. It's satisfying refurbishing cars, and rebuilding engines. Obviously, it doesn't cover absolutely every aspect. But it will probably give you a much better idea of what the mechanic's telling you when you ever have to take your own car into a garage irl, instead of going "Oh yeah, oh ok, yeah replace whatever tf that is please".

Great game to pass the time, and also learn a bit about cars on the side.
9/10 - Only a couple of crash bugs going into barns, but otherwise a neat game.

I seriously do not see myself getting into this.

I love pretty much all strategy games because I tend to play games alone with AI. However with this it's impossible to enjoy because there's nothing to stop the AI being able to spam commands, and spam units every nanosecond. Not to mention, there's no strategy to this because everything you learnt in the tutorial is useless.

The AI overwhelms you INSTANTLY, no matter how good your initial set up is.

Plus, the enemy seems to always know exactly where you are without having scouts. Yet when you have scouts, they don't spot even a tank unless it's literally on their foot. Like what? Also wtf is this "Pinned Down" system? It seems like an awesome idea, but you could have 50+ soldiers, several anti tanks, machine guns sat in buildings all around and tanks up against a unit of 12 enemy infantry and just because they have a "leader" in their squad YOUR ENTIRE ARMY just drops to the floor screaming whilst your $20,000,000 worth of weapons on wheels drives full speed towards the trees.

All in all, I've experienced enough in two hours to know that this game is NOT to be played against AI. It'd probably be really fun with friends but otherwise it's a hard no from me. As funny as it was laughing at how stupid the Pinned Down feature is, I want my money back. I wouldn't pay £3 let alone £35. Absolute joke of a price.

I can't even be bothered to re-read this so enjoy any spelling mistakes there may be. I'm gonna go tug one out

3/10 - I can't think of a more inaccurate World War 2 game (except COD WW2, that's pretty inaccurate too).

It's okay if you exclude the historical inaccuracy. Out of all the CoD games after Black Ops 2, this is the only one that's bearable to play. I only recommend this on sale too. Don't pay full price for something you only might consider buying over a sandwich for lunch.

6/10
- I did actually enjoy it... to my surprise.
