If heavy metal could be represented by one video game, it's this one. The game is well-crafted with a nice lore, has visuals that all look right at home on metal album covers, knows when to take itself seriously and when to kick back and relax (the main character, Eddie Riggs, is literally a pastiche of Jack Black, who also voices Eddie), has an awesome soundtrack (I hope to the Metal Gods that we get some Iron Maiden, Metallica, AC/DC, and Van Halen in the sequel) and voice cast (Ozzy Osbourne, the godfather of metal and former singer of Black Sabbath, is the shopkeeper in this game), and the gameplay is fun and engaging (yes, even the RTS segments).
