This game is absolutely incredible, with many positive mechanics from other survival games such as Terraria, combined with the art style and beauty of Stardew Valley. At first glance, I thought this would just be another game that takes a week to get sick of. Oh how I was wrong.

Core Keeper has been my go to game ever since I first installed it. I have spent many hours mining, crafting, exploring, and killing things. The combat is very fun, and bosses are not a guaranteed win (okay maybe the slime boss but whatever). I love that the game encourages you to set up the arena you'll be fighting in, as well as the playstyle options you have with each fight. Want to be a ranged fighting God? Do it. Want to be a fisherman, and use the food buffs to make the fights easier? Do it. Hell, if you want to, theres even strategies that allow you to get buffs from mining before fights. Not to mention the amount of cooking recipes and lore items that you find throughout the beautifully designed world. This game hits the nail on the head for what a Story-survival game should be.

There are so many ways that this developement team can take the game, and I'm excited to be along for the ride.

Some of the things that should definitely be looked at for future updates;
Generators need to be nerfed. As of now, one generator supplies indefinite power, meaning that you can run as much stuff on one generator as you want.
Hive Mother cheese strat (using hive walls to block out things from spawning)
Drills should probably cost somewhere in the 40-50 scarlet range considering how much scarlet you immediately can obtain from getting a drill.

Some of the things I would love to see in the future (even if its unlikely :) ) ;
More fish, weapons, and items in general
Maybe some sort of challenge mode where enemies seek out your location
Make prepared food, late game crafted items, and boss items worth more for trading
More electric powered items

Provides an escape from intense high stress gaming :) <3

Biggest waste of time. Servers are always ♥♥♥♥, and the entire community is as toxic as CSGO

I don't usually bother posting long reviews, but honestly this game deserves a good review. It is some of the most satisfying fun I've had in a game in a long time. Only 8 hours into the game, and I know that there will be many, many hours to come. The conveyor belts are so incredibly fun to use, the multiplayer aspect of the game is very fun (Although, I must admit very, VERY laggy) and solo play is very fun as well. I bought the game because it popped up in my recommendations, and I'm very glad I did. I would have bought this game for any amount after playing it. The best part is that I trust that the devs are already working on updates for it, as it's in Early Access. :)
