i have been playing payday 2 since the first few months of it's release. It has been a interesting ride to say the least.

The negatives:
it has the safe system which was really controversial when it was first launched and still has people who dislikes it greatly. the safe are loot boxes which can drop weapon skins with the possibility of having a boost to a weapons stats, although it has to be said that it can also be obtained elsewhere and the safes drops pretty regularly.

it can be repetetive if you dislike doing the same missions, this is partly due to the community having certain heists that are only run and level requirement on certain missions if you host or play alone.

in the begining the progression is kind of slow the first few times. this picks up speed later in the gameplay cycle.

in the begining it is kind of hard to aquire more weapons and attachments but as the previus point it picks up later but much faster.

The positives:
this game gets insanely fun because of the feeling of progression.

this is the perfect game for anyone who like having fun in fps games with their friends since the game relies on having good teamwork and communications, thus every glitch is all the more obvius or the crasy scenarios gets more fun with the friends you may or may not have.

If you don't have any friends that's ok because the amazing community of this game will have you quickly make more friends and even if you have friends you can quickly make more.

the game is heavily supported for mods and there are alot of them, thus if you dislike some element of the game there is probobly a mod to change it.

the game has a lot of missions now and thus increasing its replayability.

lastly but certantly not the least the games devs are constantly supporting the game with bug fixes, new content which is now always free. The devs are so amazing that they listen to the community and make decisions based on the feedback the community gives and they are not afraid of radical change if they and the community dems it necesary for example the multiple times they've overhauled the skills system in the game to try and reach a good and balanced and fun place.

TL;DR:
the game is great as long as you arent an anti social and hate doing some things multiple times and dont have any patience.

i love this game. it continuesly pushes you forwards when it thinks you can take on a boss it throws the boss att you and yust continues doing so untill you`ve reached the end of the game and then you can start over or jump on a server and have fun with friends though it may be a litle hard making you`r own server

it has long a long grind for max level but it has wery high replayability and great story but it gets more boring in the true vault hunter mode (tvh) wich is less nice but it ramps upp the levels drastikly.
two problems: 1. bullet spongy enemies wich if you don`t know what that means that the enemies can take ALOT of bullets to kill and 2. the story is the exakt same that makes it less replayable.

one positive thing is that every class is totally different wich makes it very replayablewith different characters, the guns is random except when they are uniqe and makes it even more replayable the guns are are like a rpg (role playing game) with the guns wich are randomised and makes the whole thing interesting again and again.

note: though it seems that it is good single player your gonna whant to grab some friends in this title as it gets more fun and the game is almost built around the idea of playing with friends and it is very clear once you go with 2 - 3 friends and the n some single player that it is way more fun in multyplayer.

would i recommend it: YES for any one who likes first person shotters and rpgs (fps and role playing games
