Actually its better than the main game. They mixed both TV1 & TV2 style gameplay.

If the analog stick of your controller is not working in the game (mine was Logitech f310)
-Start big picture on steam.
-Click the game, click manage controller, you will see scheme for xbox controller not important.
You can close big picture mode on steam now. Anolog stick will be control your character's direction.

Good game, bad developer. Today they released patch because conflict with their publisher and your save games dont work anymore. What an amateur move, uninstalled after 14hr gameplay. But for apologize they offered their brand new screenshots of new titles for FREE !?!

Theme Hospital 2 but SEGA style DLC mania.

Way better than previous game of the serie, i like the DLC more than main game. It has 50 level of main game and DLC add more 20 levels. Also community is pretty active if you are looking for more challenge. I got all achievements around 100 hours of gameplay. Absolutely recommend.
