Combat gets repetitive after a while, and while the IP is engaging, the writers commit the greatest sin of TTPRG GM'ing by really funnelling your character down a path in Act 3. Taking away player agency to that extreme degree is just lazy writing. We all knew this was never going to be Baldur's Gate 3, and it's unfair to compare...but here we are.

Dripping with atmosphere and style, this is a solid space shooter, made even better by a slick interface and a distinct visual style. Oh yeah, an amazing VR experience doesn't hurt either. Highly recommended.
