after they get deleted, and you restart steam it will replace them with an extremely short background D/L. if your getting a client.dll this will fix it to allow the game to run again. There is a client.dll fix somewhere on the forums But I can't find it anymore.

if your crashing in TF2 alot try deleting your BIN files before playing. Exit steam. and then go to wherever you saved your Steam ♥♥♥♥ at ie: C:/Programs<xwhatever>/steam/steamapps/<username>/tf2
Delete the BIN file in there and the one in the next tf2 folder. restart steam. should work.
