Well, after spending 25h in F1 Manager I gotta say it's fun to play if you trying to learn how things work and ignore all the missing features or basically everything that is wrong with this game.

Is it good tho?
No. It lacks many things players would desire for a game that came out in 2022.

Negative:
-Car Physics do not exist. (Cars are literally Ice Skating and if they crash... well they behave like a stone you'd throw against
a sponge, they bounce off with no visual damage. If you're lucky you can see a bit of the front wing breaking off)
-Communication/Voice Lines between the driver and engineer are horrible and often not fitting the situation. Whats worse is that all the Voice Lines were made for Race day only and are used in FP1-3 and Qualifying too.
-Graphic Setting on Ultra looks like a game out of 2007. Feels like Metin2 and RuneScape could compete against this.

Positive:
-Managing the Team feels great and you have a lot of options to do so. I can't imagine how it can get even more in-depth.
-The UI/HUD feels smooth and doesn't look bad at all.

What I'd love to see next year (if there will be another release):
-Creating and Managing your OWN team by buying out another Team. (Don't think a Constructor Championship with 11
Teams is needed)
-Maybe being able to influence AI generated up and coming talents nationality or send out scouts outside of F1-2-3 and scout for talents all over the world.

The base is set well for a Managing game. Now just stick to the good things and improve the less pleasant game design choices.

Big Monsters and Weeb weapons. What more do you want? It isn't as good as Monster Hunter World but is definitely fun as hell!

69 Hour gang gang!

After 609 Hours of Gameplay all I can say is: When I switch back to CS or Valorant it feels like a downgrade in Gunplay, tactics, mobility and go back to R6S after instantly.

The game is fun! Sadly the population is low but kind.
