I'm finally one of the cool kids

Did not expect lore in a hentai game when I played, but you know what.? I'll take it. Pair that with a cast of fairly distinctive characters (and there's actually other men in this game.!), some good chill ambient music (with some titles that make you go "mhm"), and a nice chill bartending mini game, this game gives plenty of bang for your buck (among other "bang"s, I'm sure, since why else would you buy a hentai game hmmmm.?).

Pretty solid and I'd rate it pretty high for not being brain-dead. Get the game on sale, but buy the ost while you're at it.

Story feels incomplete that I couldn't get immersed in it. I have no idea who these people are, and yet I'm expected to feel something if they die somehow.? And who the heck is Edward Maxwell and what the heck did he even do.? I got the idea that he was a bad guy, but that's all I got-- an idea.

Puzzles are ok. There was one that didn't make sense to me, some are too easy, but most pose at least a little bit of challenge. Still, there are better HOGs out there.

This is the game I wanted those mobile ads to be about: chill, no lives, no timers, no intrusive ads that pop up in the middle of the game, and no microtransactions. Bought this on a sale and I'm having a great time. A simple game with simple mechanics, but sometimes that's all you need.

I don't know what it is about games like these that are so addicting, but they are. All my 19 hours in this game are only from 2 days of playing. There's just some weird zen about being a cashier in a supermarket, even when you have to leave your counter every couple of minutes to buy things for your restockers to place on the shelves and the sound of your security beating up some rando who thought it was a good idea not to pay for groceries. But yes, zen.

PC controls are unnecessarily jank, with all controls just in one hand. My right hand feels so empty. It would have been better to have either the movement on the arrow keys or the skills on the numpad. As it stands, it's just a dumb way to make the game "harder". That's in quotes because it really just made the entire experience frustrating.

As cute as the visuals are, the animations are so slow? I guess that's part of the "mechanic" or whatever, with your char being slow when the stress level is low while fast and rushing when the stress level is high. But it feels weird and backwards in a time management game.

Story... What story? Lol. We got a cutscene in the beginning and some dialogue here and there, but they're so few and far in between that I don't even remember what the point of it all is.

I expected more from this game. I'm gonna go back to playing Shawarma Legend.

If you have good memories of those time management flash games in Y3 back in the day, like Hot Dog Bush, then this game is for you. Experience being behind the counter of a shawarma place, with so many things to do and the impatient customers order so many things. Better stretch those fingers because there's gonna be so much clicking. So. Much. Clicking.

I hope the devs consider adding achievements at some point.

Short and straightforward, but very cute. I love all three of them and the epilogue was great lol. Richter has his hands full with these two mischievous people.

I'm actually a little torn about whether to recommend this game or not, yet another one of those times when I wish Steam had an in-between option. It's not that the game is bad per se, but it's certainly something I can hype without lying a little bit.

I remember when this first came out, which was a looong time ago. I had just finished Dire Grove, the previous game in the MCF series, which meant that I was very hyped about this game. Which is probably part of the reason I really disliked this. Dire Grove was an amazing game, which meant that this following that made this game look.. well, in a word, subpar.

The choice to make the "sprites" with snippets of actual real live people acting is... well. It's a stylistic choice. It's very experimental and it got mixed results. I personally found it very cringe-worthy, especially with the game trying to set a very serious tone about it. But all that happened is a lot of ugh moments. The acting can be very bad. I think there was only one character that was particularly okay.

Other than that, it's pretty standard-fare for an MCF game. Good puzzles, a lot of going back and forth between places, and hidden object scenes. The story itself isn't too bad either; it's just too hard to take seriously because of the dialogues.

TLDR: cringe acting in dialogues but otherwise solid puzzle-wise. I'll put it as a thumbs up for now.

The main characters are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and not in the funny way. The dialogue is composed of cuss word after cuss word, and each line proves the previous sentence. I've always been an avid reader so something "story rich" like this could have won me over, but I can't get invested when every time these characters open their mouths I just want to close the game.
