Early Access Review
Nice game for a fun evening with friends who like to blow their brains out. The animation, location and character design are also pretty good. The only drawback are the repetitive and often annoying phrases of some characters, but you can easily turn them off. All in all, a very entertaining game with lots of yelling, laughs and some bad luck runs.

“Are androids sentient beings?” Anyone who has seen Star Trek TNG will remember this question from the episode “The Measure Of A Man” and the impressive reasoning of Jean-Luc Picard, whose powers of persuasion protected Commander Data from slavery. A slavery that DBH in turn was able to convey very impressively, leaving the player caught between empathy and indifference for these androids.
When i played the game for the first time, i was absolutely overwhelmed not only by the story theme, but also by the complexity of the plot. The unpredictability of some of the decisions during the game, with the intention of achieving the best possible ending for all characters, caused quite a bit of sweating. If you then try to reach other endings, such as those for the achievements, and go through the game story several times, you recognize certain tendencies that flatten out the profundity of the game somewhat. However, this is absolutely negligible when it comes to the characters, the result of the bad endings still kicks in emotionally, especially with Hank and Connor.
So, in conclusion, i can say that this game is, apart from a few little flaws, an absolute masterpiece that was definitely an philosophical and posthumanistic enrichment for me.
