A small gem of a vehicular trial puzzles. Has plethora of content, visually consistent style and spot on physics and controls.

While sometimes buggy (especially in multiplayer), Trailmakers is a unique vehicle assembly sandbox, where most of the game is designed to challenge player's ability to either build a machine or control it well enough to achieve and unlock new items.

Looks cute, the soundtrack is forgettable and the control can sometimes feel clunky, however that does not take away from the satisfaction of building a finely-tuned machine or wielding a auto-frankenstein to achieve your next goal.

3 levels of pure fun.

Rhythmic 2D platformer with nice electronic music.

So after playing this game during its Early Access stage I had a few problems with PUBG:

  • Horrible optimization.
On low-to-medium settings I was still getting FPS dips well below 40 on I5-6600k@4.2GHz + GTX1070. And I play at 1080p no AA. My machine can handle ARK on high settings and yet it was suffering every time it had to render a few houses in a field.

  • High lag.
The latency (ping) is difficult to fix, but that is not my issue. Even with 40ms ping I'm still getting rubber-banded every game even when there are only 40 players. Doors don't always react to your input and you're never sure if you picked up that weapon.

  • Low responsiveness.
This could be subjective, but I need some form of indication that my input does something the moment I press a button. I don't want to wait 6-8 frames for character to start moving. When I shoot and hit a target I want to know I hit that target. More importantly if I missed - tell me how I missed, I had a few close quarter encounters where I was definetely shooting at someone's face for the game to not register the hit.

While the optimization got a lot better (I can run it on Ultra witout AA and get stable 70+ fps), the other problems didn't. I can't say if it's the best Battle Royale out there, but I definetely have a different favorite from PUBG, which I still find unpleasant to play moment-to-moment.

If you like your game to run smooth as the new DOOM and actually respond to your input instantly - I'm afraid PUBG 1.0 still is not that.

Oh and there are microtransactions.

Your gunner says that there's an enemy port-side ahead...

You put your ship in full-forward and the ship starts shaking violently.

That is still not enough to catch up to the enemy, so you put gasoline into engines... The shaking becomes even more violent and you hear your engineer cursing.

As soon as you get in range, turn your ship to face the enemy port-side.

Tell your free engineers to man the cannons.

Hear them cursing even havier, but obeying your orders.

Get hit by a full barage, that sets your whole ship on fire. Wait for half of your crew to abandon ship, except for one loyal gunner, remaining to the end.

Curse outlout and try to fix the balloon yourself.

Fail.

Crash.

Rate this game 10/10

If you ever feel like playing a game that is unfairly difficult and yet you want more ToME is the game for you.

Or at least play until you get blinded for the first time

1. Find a ranked game of dota.

2. Patently wait for your team to pick 4 carries.

3. Pick a support of your choice.

4. Play out of your mind, achieving 4-8-40 KDA, constantly providing vision, information for your team, diving to save your cores (hence the 8 deaths).

5. Win the game and graciously read AM (1-5-3 KDA, 500 damage to buildings) go: "pls like"

Team Fortress 2 is a nobrainer!
If you have a pc and an internet connection, if you play games at all, you must play TF2.
Incredibly addictive and fun it's one of the best FPS. And it's free!
You can get every weapon by just playing without spending any of your money.
It has enough depth to gamplay, you always find some new tactic or trick. But at the same time even new players can still do something to help their team.

Pros:
- Fun
- Deep, but not very difficult gameplay
- Free

Cons:
- No singleplayer

Farming Sim 2013 is good if you want something different.
It represents farm well, but with its problems. It's not the most accurate representation, but it's actually playable.
Graphicly and aestheticly it's not the best game, some things look better than others, but people break any immersion.

Pros:
- Informative and semi-realistic farming.
- Lots to do

Cons:
- Not aestheticly pleasing
- Too much farming for me (personal, it may be alright for you)
