By far my favourite game of any genre. Started out by killing a Federation security vessel that interdicted me, then getting killed by another, then used the game as an ETS2 replacement, then I killed pirates, then some more pirates, now I spend my time exploring the vast, beautiful universe and killing pirates. It's a game for everything, a huge time sink, but completely worth it.

Performance is great, even on lower end systems, compatible with a vast array of controllers and flight sticks, is even half okay with mouse and keyboard.

Only redeemed my Steam key recently, total play time is more in the area of 200hrs since January.

Was ecstatic at finding a .45 cal suppressed SMG, only 2 minutes later to be shot and killed by a suppressed sniper rifle of some variety, I didn't see because my eyes were 40 feet from my corpse so I had some trouble.

Upon starting again, I thought that I would sandpaper my teeth as it would be more entertaining and I wouldn't lose my level that way if anything went wrong.
