The story by itself isn't as deep as how it is posed in both reviews and description. Even if it makes you think about where do you spend the time of your life, the development of the story only makes you to think about it in a superficial way. However, despite not being a never-seen-before when wanting to show something through a one route visual novel, the message the developer wanted you to see can be clearly seen. Although they've achieved his goal, they couldn't make the message feel as deep as they wanted to, so you can't fully put yourself in the protagonist's shoes even if you try.
