CS2 is a considerable downgrade to Global Offensive. "Sub-tick" servers are supposed to be better than 64-tick, but are no where near as consistent. There is plenty of evidence to show that CS2 has lost the quality of gameplay that CSGO once had. I wouldn't even consider CS2 a game that is ready for competitive play with how inconsistent the net-code is.
