Great Game so far, very addictive. The game has a skill level for every player. For Super Earth!

Original review: The game is okay, for people new to the franchise: you will enjoy it.
For people that already played other total wars: it will be a dissapointment.
Many features that were promised were left out and the AI isn't exactly the best too.

You might want to skip this game and go for Attila Total war.

EDIT: After some years I decided to play this game back. The DLC are mixed from good to negligible. Most bugs have been fixed, the AI overall has improved and the political update is a small but welcome addition to the game.

When I preorderd this game in 2013, (learned my lesson now) I did not recommend buying this game. However, the fact that CA still updated this game after 5 years is amazing in my eyes. I can now say with safety that the game is one of the bestTotal Wars around.
