I find that exodus is a slightly different metro experience from 2033 and Last Light. Just because of how it’s now an open(ish) world you lose some of the claustrophobia and atmosphere from the older titles. That being said I still love the game, love the characters and the story and don’t get me wrong it still feels like a metro game but keep in mind that the setting is more open setting.

In summary its definitely worth playing and I think any returning metro fan or series newcomer will enjoy the improved game mechanics (crafting specifically) and the story which, as with all metro games, is affected by the players actions.
