Game constantly freezes and audio is annoyingly choppy even on lowest settings. Game seems interesting, but it's too frustrating to play

This is easily one of the most frustrating games I've ever played. Do not buy it.

The game itself is really good, but the matchmaking is terrible. Never played a single game online without lagging out after a few minutes. Only buy for the singleplayer.

It's like Sonic without the interesting enemies and with no reason to collect anything. Half of the pickups are just for points. POINTS. NOBODY cares about points anymore. Controlling him sucks too. He has no acceleration, you hit an arrow and he moves, you let go and he immediately stops. The instructions are minimal: it tells you what powerups do but it doesn't tell you what they LOOK LIKE, some enemies can't be hurt, even if you jump on them, but the game isn't going to tell you that (before you try, at least). There are SO many better alternatives to this. Get some of the original Sonic games, or Rayman Legends instead.
