If you're a fan of the original paper mario games, you will love this game. There are many aspects of the game that it even does better then paper mario, such as the enjoyability of the side quests, and how every character is given a personality. the varied combat and badge systems allow for a wide variety of cool and (potentially) overpowered strategies, but even if you think this would make the game too easy there are built in hardmodes, challenge modes, and randomizers for you to play around with. all of the main character have great personalities and tons of story surrounding them for character development. this is 100% my game of the year and my 4th favourite game of all time, a must play in my opinion.
