Man's pursuit of the meaning of life has been a universal and timeless quest for centuries. Many philosophers, thinkers, and gamers have grappled with this question, and there is no single answer that satisfies everyone. As I pursue my very own meaning of life, I stumbled upon this game. What drove me to buy such a game? It’s still a question yet to be answered to this day, but since that day, my life was never the same. On a lonely night while I immersed myself with Julia, I couldn't help but start to question my path in life again. Was my pursuit of the meaning of life nothing more than a futile attempt to escape from the harsh realities of the world? Is the pleasure of the flesh the meaning of life that I've been looking for all this time? Is it what I'm truly longing for deep within?

One weekend, I decided to take a break from these FreshWomen to visit my parents. There I saw my dad sitting on a chair, dozing off. He is old, he is weak. His Atlas-like shoulders have been eroded by years of crushing waves and piercing sunlight. A familiar image that I've seen a lot of times on Steam reviews flashed before my eyes. "Are you winning, son?" And then it hit me. No dad, I'm not yet winning, I'm far from winning, I've strayed far away from the starting line. I felt a sense of clarity and purpose that I had never experienced before. I knew that my journey wasn't over yet.

In the end, the meaning of life is a question that each of us must answer for ourselves. It may take me my whole lifetime of searching, but I'm continuing the journey. I'll wait for the day when we can all sit together in a Discord server and share our own stories of the pursuit of the meaning of life. But until then, take care.
