You're free to make steam trade offers, I will decline any (and often many) I don't like.

Lowballing on spelled items by offering bp.tf prices is instantly rejected .
(bp.tf does not calculate the combined value , value of spelled items is multiplicative not additive)
If I can't counter-offer because your backpack is private , rejected .

Also, crate keys are not worth much nowadays, and I'm not interested that much in other items either way,
putting my items on Steam Market is often more interesting price-wise, and I may do so sometimes...

"Items Up For Trade" truly are up for trade.
"Item Showcase" is not really for trade unless the offer is extremely generous.
