Always online is back again.
Elusive Targets lock you out of content and are time limited.
I'm not buying this game at full price over the ETs alone. It honestly ruins the experience for me that I have to play the game on their time to unlock stuff that's in the game.

You might like the Elusive Target system but for anyone else that would like to unlock everything then this game is not for you.

If it works for you then fkn GREAT! IV will work but EFLC will not. It'll stutter then the next time you start up it will get stuck in infinite loading screen limbo. Fk this.

With R*s history of crap on the PC I have little faith on the PC release of V. Definitely a wait-for-sale game.
I'll update this review if and when this issue gets resolved.
