I haven't tried Heartbound yet, but I've heard the music in the background of Pirate Software's streams, and really enjoyed it. I bought the soundtrack and now use it as background music for homework, for study, and for writing. It's non-intrusive, for the most part, and the music is really good.

The music is also supposed to be DMCA-free, according to Pirate Software, which is super awesome.

Despite the roster of big names, I didn't find the actual gameplay to be very enjoyable. The fighting was incredibly simplistic, and there was no real ability to combo basic attacks into special moves. I was hoping for a Xenoverse kind of combat, but it felt really clumsy.

I wanted to like it, but I ended up refunding it.

Only played an hour so far, but the bare bones that exist in this game promise an entertaining and enjoyable BR game. I look forward to seeing more of it as it develops.
