I never had too many problems with the game from the maligned launch. Even with the bugs, etc. I still found a detailed and engaging world when you choose to engage with it on its own terms - taking side gigs, ignoring the map and driving around the city finding the way to the quest marker, taking time to walk slowly between closer locations and look around.

Expectations were set too high on release, but beyond hype is a great game with an interesting story and a fascinating world. There's history in Night City you can see as generations built on top of others. Highly recommended.

I don't really know how to describe the game. It is about delivering packages, but there's just a lot going on. If you're even remotely interested, you should give it a try. There's a lot going on if you want to dig into it.

A relaxing and immersive game. A real role playing exercise where you meet people along your own journey and help them out and feel better about yourself. Recommend as a stress release.

I did not buy the board game because it would be hard to gather people, learn the rules, set up and keep track of all the maths. This ticks every box. I love being able to jump into missions, get the same strategic depth and teamwork when playing with others. I'm awful at the game, but I love it. A superb way to experience the board game when you do not have the resources to host.

Lots of fun with the metagame challenges and competition. Table sets are also on sale often.

Very deliberate game pace with good writing. Do not expect loads of action, there is some, but it's mostly about developing strategy over iterations and enjoying the stories.
