I'm writing this the day after the game launched, and after only a few rounds of play:

I backed this on kickstarter and got the physical copy some months ago, and having played both it and this, I can safely say this is a very good recreation of the game in a digital environment. It's admittedly very rough around the edges at this point, but the core gameplay is there and works great, plus the devs have a good track record. I don't think this game will become the new titan of online card games, but for what it is, it's pretty damn good, and as they continue to roll out updates, I'll continue to strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and surprisingly easy to pick up card game, regardless of whether or not you're here because "furry men hot".

According to my library, there are 16 games I would call "Art". Games that force me to consider something about myself or the world around me, games that elicit an emotional response weather it's the 1st or 50th time I've played. The games in this category range from games like Journey or The Talos Principle to games like Night in the Woods or OneShot.

This is one of those 16.

The game isn't long at all- my first playthrough clocked in at about 20 minutes- but every second had something for me, be it wondering why something was happening, or (and this actually happened after the second chapter) falling to my knees in despair as the truth set in.

This is a game that will make you contemplate what it means to be alive, what it means to die, and how fine the line between living and dying can be....How in the middle of a perfectly mundane moment, everything can be ripped away from you, forever.

If you have VR, I strongly suggest you get this game.

I've owned this game on just about every platform it's been released on, and to this day, I honestly think it's the only game worth being called a Masterpiece. It's the video game equivalent of the Mona Lisa. Without a doubt, everyone should play this game.

The shortest way to describe it is "Fortnite but Furry", but there's more to it than that.

Yes, it's a battle royale, but there's no building, and it's a top down game, so there's not a massive skill gap like in Fortnite; that is to say if I lose in this game, it's because I was bested in battle, not because my opponent built a 5-star hotel with WiFi at me then sniped me from the other end of the map.

Also you unlock more skins either through random drops for cosmetics or by leveling up and creating the animals you want, no real money past the initial purchase.

All in all, this is what a Battle Royale game should be, in my opinion.

Oh and I can be my fursona so I mean, solid recommendation from me.

I mean....If you're reading this review odds are you've already decided whether or not you'll like the game. It's an idle clicker, so you can boot it up, make sure everything's good, then go play something else for a while, but it's also a dating sim about using love to turn animal men back into humans.

Personally I enjoy it, but then again I love any idle games because every time I open one I'm basically greeted with "good job for not playing our game for a week, here's a million dollars" and that's just great in my book.
