Improperly banned for cheating for 7 days??... When I have not nor did cheat. Support is ineffective at providing concrete evidence and remedy to my situation. How am I supposed to stop "cheating" if I never started nor know how to fix it??? They sent me a blanket statement saying:
"We take the issue you encountered very seriously. After a comprehensive review of the submitted account, we have confirmed the existence of violations, and we are unable to lift the penalty ahead of time. Please carefully check your device for any third-party software or situations where third-party software has not been thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for your active cooperation."

It's all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Thumbing down this game due to horrible support.

Great game! Lots to do and really fun! You definitely need to play with friends or a clan as you can become raided and lose everything. Always have a backup plan or be with a clan that can support you!

Long story short - do it! Play smart boys - or get pillaged!
