If you're a fan of the series and a KB+M player - This game is fine, just not cut from the same cloth as previous titles. This game is made for console players and console controllers and now adapted for PC. If feels bad. It lacks so much finesse and polish where other shooters shine. There is no tuning options to get your controls smooth and feeling right. It's either mouse smoothing or not - that's pretty much it. The higher fidelity of the modern engine doesn't match the craptacular nature of the Serious Sam series visually, but more than that, the tolerable quirks of the user interface are now much greater and interfere with doing the fun thing. Instead of a playground for customization and coop it's a stage for bad comedy writing and yuk yuk jokes. Look I know the humor of Croteam and Sam - and this is some Duke Nukem Forever level of horse do do that is not funny. I didn't laugh, and wasn't entertained, at all by these unskipable interjections. Straight up had to turn the music off completely.

You can have fun playing this game if you want to see new cool weapons, fight some redone versions of classic Sam monsters and all new ones (some good some not as good) and stumble through the nonsensical musings of this surprisingly theistic storyline. Should you though? I'm not enjoying it very much. I turned the cheats on to see if it was a weapon discovery pace issue or not but it wasn't. Wait for a huge sale price on this one.

A Norse mythology themed survival game. It features a structured crafting tree, and distinct biomes somewhat like Minecraft. There are dungeons and bosses that you will discover, summon and fight to gain their power. For an early-access game, very very enjoyable. You and your friends should play together, but the solo play is great. Begin your epic quest, for Odin in Valheim.

Development of this pre-release game is exceptionally slow. It should not even be available for purchase. It's half-baked.

This is not FarCry - This is not a shooter, this is not a PC game, this is not fun, this is not OPEN WORLD. What they're selling in the sizzle video isn't exactly what you get - Price and participation may vary. YOU MUST INSTALL uPLAY, agree to UBIsoft crap, install and update ubicrap crapy crap. You cannot chose where the game gets installed, you cannot change where the game gets installed, you cannot easily uninstall the game - massive stinky poop!

JUST SAY NO!

You're going to spend most of your time on rails in scripted cinematics, crafting potions, hunting animals, with suprise quicktime events, getting tattos, doing drugs, making drugs, wondering why ADS isn't a toggle. The graphics, are neat, the sound while being well made is annoying, and why in the world they would make it possible to fail scripted events? WHO KNOWS?

They force you to interact with what should be just a fully automated scripted event. That isn't gameplay. Pound [Space] to survive isn't fun. Follow this NPC while crouching and whimpering like a wuss isn't fun. Having NPC shove their face into yours isn't fun. Being coorced into bullshee side quests, at least these ones, isn't fun.

It isn't fun, and that is the worst crime any game dev can produce, an unfun game.
