Oh man, 220 hours of this game played before realizing I never left a review.

Truly, I love this game so much. The world they crafted is wonderful, captivating, and down right scary. Sure I've gone down the road of modding the game after putting so many hours into, but what keeps me coming back is just wanting to be back on this ocean world.

If you have any love of the ocean, and don't fear what lurks in the depths, than I highly recommend this game. I've played since the early builds and have loved every minute of the journey. I am 100% buying Subnautica 2 once it's available.

This game broke me and I am not finished with it yet. The way the story moves forward, and how all the characters are written is just... so much to love about this game despite the pain in my heart. I don't regret it though as the game is amazing and the team behind did a phenomenal job!

Plus can we talk about the visuals, some of the best high quality pixel art I have seen. Couple that with the fantastic lighting in the game and it really ties everything together. I can't say enough praises about this game.

It will punch you in the heart, but the story is worth it from everything I have seen so far.

This game is a great RPG! I highly recommend this game. I really loved everything about this game, the art, the sound designs, the unique take on combat, the story, and of the course the characters. This is a game I easily see myself returning to later on and revisiting just for the story. I was never bored while playing the game, which is huge for an RPG of this length. I am very excited to see what the future holds for this game, be it a sequel or DLC, I will be following it.

I now know why this game got the praise it so very well deserved. It was truly a journey that I am so very grateful I took part in. If you have been sitting on the fence on whether or not you should play this game, I think you should pick it up. I'm currently working through the DLC of this game right now as well.

Man what a game. Who would have thought watching one friend stream this one night would turn into 3 of us pouring the later half of summer into this game. What an experience. Late nights, long hours, working through the story and learning how to beat each monster. I can not recommend this game enough, especially if you have a group of friends to play with!

I've really enjoyed this new take on Subnautica! The story elements have me really intrigued and I can not wait to see how it all unfolds. Thank you for working so hard on making great games, I hope I can do this at some point as well.
