Lacks Structure

It just lacks a good onboarding, I tried playing this 10 times now and always end up not knowing where to go, do a stupid delivery service thing, cause its the only thing thats in my way, get bored and uninstall, i'd refund it if i didn't get it for dirt cheap.

Even then, even if there was structure, it lacks a certain bite too, it's not as slick as a Gran Turismo, edgy as an NSF, insane as Burnout, I mean, nothing's like Burnout, good lord we need a new Burnout, Burnout is like a god that has abandoned us, that we took for granted.

Closest thing is Forza, but I feel like Forza has a better onboarding overall to get you in the flow of things.

Crew 1 was legit a lot better, but alas, we lost that one.

Improved in every single way from the first game!

The gunplay is super fun, the art is pretty good, and its just an unique thing, you can feel the passion the dev had for their craft, but its a thing where you vibe with it or don't. Could be a bit harder tho'.

Real good gaem, gunplay reminds me of Destiny, good gun feel, good loop, bit hard at first so, y'know, keep that in mind if you're not down with the mountain climbing.

YIIK HARD, YIIK SAFE

Performance has not changed, it even went as far as freezing my entire computer once.

I hid inside a box to reload, heard the enemies footstep as they entered the room, popped out to kill them all like a deadly present, goated 10 out of 10,

11 out of 10 with the FEAR mod.

You fish, you draw, and you can also play any music from the hit band Weezer to impress everyone

A Worthy Breach-Like

Gonna start by saying what this isn't: This is not a number tactical rpg, this is an Into the Breach-inspired game, it's more of a puzzle game than beeg numbers get beeger. The ''TACTICS'' do mean tactics here.

This take on Metal Slug and the choice to be inspired by games like Into the Breach was a good choice. It translates that fast pace perfectly into a Tactical game. You're always expected to think of the best way to take down enemies on your way to something, be it the end of a level, deal damage to a boss, or defeat enemies themselves.

The lives system is also interesting since, much like the OGs, you're expected to die, or even make sacrifices here, so you have 1ups to make up for it, and you're going to need it on higher difficulties.

Each difficulty unlocks different units you fight against, on the initial one things are quite easygoing, even on ''normal'' but after that, you're gonna start to have a few close ones or just get obliterated if you don't actually think or understand the mechanics properly.

It's a great ''I have 40 minutes to waste'' game.

For people disappointed with it being a puzzle game and not a tactical RPG may I recommend ''VALKYRIA CHRONICLES''? it always reminded me of Metal Slug a bit, down to a very marketable tank, check it out, it's great.
