Jesus H. Christ, I'm trying to get this stupid ass Zero Deaths achievement, and after the latest patch the car we're riding in simply gets stuck after the school bus spot. This is also the weakest game in the series.

Great game. Admittedly I malded some about the spaceship controls and how gravity works (hey there Hotshot achievement!) but overall this is a great game. Solid 8.5/10.

As someone who has completed this game twice (both on Survival difficulty) and platinumed it, I have a feeling like I deserve to share some critique. Obviously the game is an instant classic, the lore is amazingly deep (I don't think I've seen or heard of a game with lore more convoluted than this game), it's full of references to so much different stuff, from the Book of Revelation, The King in Yellow, and Lovecraft, to Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and the tao philosophy. Much praise has already been given to the game in this department.

However, I feel like the gameplay part wasn't designed nearly as well. Here are some flaws I'd like to highlight:

1) Contact damage. Come on, if the game is full of narrow corridors and enemies who can crawl out of the floor or camp by a door, give us the option to safely maneuver around them without getting punished for it.
2) Randomised damage (that you deal to enemies). Not only does this make executing a room clearing plan frustrating and unreliable, it also encourages save scumming.
3) Ridiculous amounts of backtracking. In all honesty, both the flashlight and the eidetic module should not take inventory space. That should be the case EVEN for the so-called classic inventory. But more importantly, not being able to use a stun prod if you're already wearing a flashlight just makes no sense. It made clearing certain rooms (especially in Nowhere) much more painful that it should be, really.
4) The hitboxes on certain enemies' attacks don't match the respective attacks' animations. This was most noticeable for the 'storch' enemy type.
5) Picking up items takes way too long. Instead of grabbing something on the go, you have to stop, click on the item, wait half a second, click 'yes', and only then can you get back to escaping the army of mobs who are currently chasing you.
6) I wish the character was more responsive and started sprinting earlier after stopping (e. g. to shoot or to pick up an item). I also wish you could make sprinting the default animation because no one ever needs the slow walk in this game.
7) Finally, I feel like the Mynah enemy design would really work much better if a dodge option existed in the game. Also, the AI of this enemy seems very random when you're trying to hide from an upcoming laser beam behind an obstacle — sometimes the mob would cancel the shot it already started charging, and sometimes it would still go through with it. I eventually figured out you don't have to make Mynah shoot you N times to get her to her vulnerable state, but still.

I hope the devs' will take some critique into account for their next game, and it becomes the masterpiece that Signalis should have been.

This DLC is very disappointing. Way overtuned bosses that are designed with either co-op or spirit summons in mind (they're just way, WAY TOO BULLSНIT to try to deal with 1v1). I'm saying this as someone who has played and enjoyed FS games since Dark Souls: PtDE. All the new ashes and abilities are very cool and anime but of course completely broken and unbalanced in PvP. No changes to horrible P2P connections on PC were made. Finally, the game just doesn't run that well and occasionally crashes. From, please, I know you can do better.
