Almost 800 hours in and currently playing my fourth scenario. It is really hard to give this a thumbs up or down.
TL;DR - PVP Completely broken, rampant cheating and player concerns are ignored. Customer Support is almost non existent and only consists of automated messages.
PVE is good but content is exhausted quickly. Definitely worth the price of admission (Its Free to play) and feeds the gacha and Pokemon collection itch for those who continue to replay the scenarios.

PVE is fun. Played Manibus first and then Way of Winter. I love the art and the game play. We are replaying Manibus "Hard mode" now but the only thing that seems harder is food and drink expire faster which is more annoying than challenging. I think my biggest complaint is the sheer number of different currencies and sub mechanics they have, It makes it almost impossible to keep track of at first. The "wipe after every season" turned out to not be as much of a downer as we thought it was going to be and turned out to be a refreshing encouragement to try new builds. They send out satisfaction surveys 2-3 times a week but as said below, they really are not listening.

The disaster happened when we tried to play Prismverse Clash, the PVP Scenario launched a couple of months ago. It's mostly the same map as the other which was nice in my opinion. There is no storyline and the mechanics are so badly designed I found it difficult to play.

The way they have it designed, the Prism Deviations are things you want to catch and secure to get points for your faction. They only drop twice a day and are completely gone within minutes. If you are not available at those 2 times, you have to wait til the next day to participate. You can grind mats or PVE locations to keep yourself busy in the meanwhile. There are so many ways they can fix this, but they don't seem to care as long as people keep buying their cosmetics. (NOT a Pay to Win title)

An excess of cheaters, glitchers and hackers make PVP completely broken and one sided and the devs appear to not care. For an example, players found ways to stack armor to make them virtually invincible., they can drive vehicles and glitch through solid walls and most annoying they take the coveted prism deviations to (A safe area) Eternaland and hide until everyone else goes to bed so they can secure them safely. A small group of these bad actors completely overwhelm the server and make it impossible to enjoy.

Unfortunately, that's all the content there is. Manibus is the only 'fully developed" scenario with both Prismverse and Way of Winter feeling very "half-done" and rushed out the door. Big Dev stream this month so I am interested in seeing what they have to say. Nothing to do here until more content is made available.
If you love paying real life money for colorful, if not absurd skins that clash with the apocalyptic ambiance of the game, this is the one for you.

I was here in 2016 and just came back because of all the good reviews. They are warranted. I am now over 200 hours in and this game is thoroughly enjoyable. I love the ships and the combat and all the mechanics I have been experiencing. It is almost everything I look for in a game with one glaring exception. The multiplayer is a nightmare. I play all my games with my wife and sometimes her sister. It is almost impossible to play any of the questlines with them and we often end up doing the same things ungrouped just so we can complete them. We almost never see the same enemies when we are both in the same places, even when grouped up. The only multiplayer that seems to work is taking the group missions (which dont unlock until you have moved through quite a bit of story. I finally had to abandon playing because I was exhausted at listening to my wife complain about the inability to have a group base with some semblance of shared resources, the desync issues and the land re-generating in her base. It feels like a single player game that was forced into multiplayer by a poorly written mod. So, if you are looking for a fantastic single player game or if you like to play with friends in a disjointed parallel fashion with a little cross over., I highly recommend.

Our group of 3 players is having a lot of fun with this game. Sure, there are some bugs but none of them are stopping us from completing 4 complete play throughs in the past month. The AI still needs a lot of work, my biggest pet peeve is how wonky the fryer basket is. Most issues introduced with patches are addressed and there is a lot of room for growth. All in all this is a great early access example of game play. Go try the free demo and join Discord. The community is friendly. Looking forward to seeing what is next.

After grinding through a hard day at work (and even sometimes sneaking on during breaks) I love the relaxing pace of this game. The cute narration while you work is also very nice. Well designed and executed, this game will be on my "play often" list especially now with multiplayer! I never though I could get both of my kids together to clean anything.

I love this game, even with all it's flaws. I fear that the slow pace of updates, adding states and trucks, will cause the audience to dwindle and lose interest and that is saddening. In single player mode I suppoe this is a good game to play for a bit, then put aside and play something else while you wait for more content. The multiplayer version (not actually officially SCS Software) gets dreadfully boring very quickly. Arizona made alot of difference, but still the same trucks. Hope they pick up the pace.
