If you like PowerWash Simulator and such you'll probably like this game. Same sort of satisfying finishes. Make sure you find all the secrets! They can actually help on jobs.

So here's the thing.

I love House Flipper. I have played a ton of hours in HF1 and I was SO excited for this game. Like, to the point that I was counting down the days to release.

I'm so disappointed in HF2 and I say that as someone who has now 100% completed it. I have all the achievements and have completed all jobs and bought/flipped all l the houses, including the newest one. This game isn't going to be what you want if you loved the first one. It's dumbed down and more extensive/complicated at the same time. It's missing so many items that could have been ported to this game from the first - there isn't enough to choose from here to make it fun while also making things more complicated to find. One of my favorite things about the first game is being able to choose from so many different furniture pieces to pick the perfect type and this one, while it has more color and wood and metal choices, has fewer furniture choices overall.

On top of that, the game runs like absolute crap. I can get through about one flip before it starts running at about 10FPS and lagging to the point of unplayability. And no, it's not because I have a terrible PC - I can run most games just fine at over 60FPS in 4k. This one will run at 100FPS until I get through the first flip and as soon as I move to another property, it breaks.

Maybe one day this game will be worth buying. Right now, it isn't. That should make you think, coming from a huge fan of the game type and the first game.

Okay. So true fact, this is not yet a finished game. There are still some issues that need to be worked out.

HOWEVER.

Overall, this game is fun, engaging, and the addition of recent updates has made it (mostly) better. There are some really annoying quirks - like, if you run it puts whatever weapon you had in your hand away - but for the most part it's pretty great. Who doesn't like giant boobs and super long horse ♥♥♥♥♥ waving around as you run? The boob/♥♥♥♥ physics in this game are AMAZING. I guess it's fun to play with friends building a base and finding all the new areas, too.
